The menu takes a brasserie approach, steeped in classics and stamped with Marco’s influence including dishes such as Lancashire Hot Pot, Wheeler’s of St James’ Fish Pie and Marco’s trademark Croustade of Quails Egg Maintenon.
Accompanying the À La Carte Menu is a daily Set Menu available lunchtimes and evenings. On Sundays we also run a Special Sunday lunch menu which is served all day.
