"Just wanted to say that our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our meal booked in the name of Abdel-Naeim last night. We wanted to give a special mention to Isabella as an outstanding member of staff. The first time we visited last year, Isabella was our main waitress, she was outstanding then, and therefore we were pleased to see her again last night on our 3rd or 4th visit. Keep up the good work."

"My wife and I dined at The Swan on the evening of 9th February 2011 and I felt compelled to contact you to say what a wonderful evening we had. The food was absolutely marvellous and the welcome and care we got from all of your staff was superb. We shall absolutely be returning in the future to sample the rest of the menu and I will not hesitate in recommending your excellent restaurant to my friends and colleagues."

"Our family of 6 dined this evening, 12/2 and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The service was excellent from the outset, food was glorious, we all agreed the pricing was appropriate. We chose this venue with high expectations and it didn't disappoint. We will certainly visit again. Thanks to all concerned for a lovely evening."

never got a chance to say at the end of our meal how fab it was as our
taxi turned up rather quickly. It was devine and I had told everyone how

"Dear
Mr Thorneycroft - we write to thank you for a wonderful stay 5th May
last. Your staff are quite superb, the food is equally superb, and so
was room 9. Imagine - towel rails and radiators which actually work!
Slept like babies. Came for a specific purpose in Maghull but will
return for the simple pleasure of staying with you. Sorry this seems
tardy but we returned to a failed computer! Thanks again to everyone. "

"Just a short note to say what a fab meal we had last night, My Husband and I often eat at the Swan but it was the first time we had brought my Mum and Dad, it was their Wedding Anniversary and they said it was superb. The staff were fantastic as well, their was one particular waitress who was amazing, I dont mean to be rude but she was older than the other ladies and she was fab, they all were though. Thanks for another lovely night."

"Dear Vicki, Many many thanks for all your help in organising our Golden Wedding party, we were very impressed with the whole evening. Every thing went so smoothly and efficiently the evening was an outstanding success. I have received many complements on the evening and it is all down to you and your staff who looked after every little detail to make our special anniversary SPECIAL. I would also like to complement the hotel on the bedrooms; all our guests were very impressed with the comfort and service we received. Many thanks."

We ate with you on Sunday lunch 5th June to celebrate my birthday and can honestly say the meal was amazing. My younger daughter said the Hake was the best she had ever eaten. All our food and service was 100% and the hour long journey to try the restaurant was certainly justified.

I would just like to sent you my huge thanks for the superb evening we had on the7th July. The food, the girls serving us and everything was perfect. You have a fabulous team of waiting staff and we were made to feel so welcome. I loved the whole evening. I was the woman who gate crashed Marco having his tea!! I felt like a 12 year old stood in front of JLS but my God was it worth it. He was charming and lovely and a real gentleman considering I just barged in and stood there gobsmacked. I have the young lady to thank for that who gave me the tip off where he was!!! No names but she was amazing the whole night, then again so were the rest of the girls serving us, it was such a pleasure to to speak to them. They were all charming and attentive, a real credit to the place. To top it all off the food was out of this world. All in all I had the most amazing evening so a big thankyou to you all, manager, chefs, staff and to Marco for taking the time to chat to me. Love and best wishes to you all
